5 loose leaf tea tubes blends in a black gift box with a padded cushion & 5 tea bags. This item is a perfect tea sample gift set for a loved one as a wedding gift, birthday, anniversary etc.

This herbal tea blend is a strong night time tea for those who don't just need calm, but really require additional help falling to sleep when the time comes.  With our stressful and busy lives, this blend will help knock you out.  This tea is best taken about half an hour before bedtime.

This blend includes herbs which all work together to calm the nerves, relax the body, settle the tummy, and fight insomnia.  This tea has a slight bitterness to it due to a couple of the stronger herbs, but it is so worth it for the affect it has.  The lemon peel added does help balance out the taste, however.  I drink it straight but you can add milk or sweetener to help mellow out the flavor.

This tea blend includes Chamomile Flowers, Lemon Balm, Passion FlowerOatstraw, Catnip, Hops Flowers, Lemon Peel and Valerian Root.

Lavender:

The name derives from the Latin “lavare,” means “to wash.”The earliest recorded use of lavender dates back to ancient Egypt in the mummification process. Later, lavender became a bath additive in several regions, including Persia, ancient Greece, and Rome. These cultures believed that lavender helped purify the body and mind. Since then, lavender has been used to treat mental health issues, anxiety, insomnia, depression, headaches, hair loss, nausea, acne, toothaches, and skin irritations.

Lavender tea benefits: It is calming to the body also. It relaxes the mind and stomach making it beneficial for stress, insomnia, upset stomach, nausea, and indigestion.

Hibiscus

Hibiscus is a large genus of flowering plants, growing primarily in tropical and subtropical regions, whose flowers are used for a wide range of medicinal purposes and edible products ranging from making jams and jellies to lowering blood pressure, aiding in weight loss, reducing cholesterol and, in some cases, treating cancer. Flowers from the Hibiscus sabdariffa are generally consumed by brewing a medicinal tea or eaten in salads. Also Known As – Hibiscus sabdariffa, Roselle, red sorrel, African Mallow, Indian Sorrel, Jamaica Sorrel, and Jamaica Tea Flower. The tart flavor is reminiscent of mild cranberry juice; in Jamaica itself, Hibiscus Flowers are used to make jam.

In India (where whole Hibiscus Flowers are offered to the Hindu deities Kali and Gonesha), a dried powder make from such organic herbs is made into a paste and applied to the scalp. The tea made from the wild crafted herbs is also drunk unsweetened. Although there are no known adverse effects from the use of Hibiscus Flowers, be aware that any reported therapeutic effects have not been scientifically proven.
