What Items cannot be returned?

Due to the spread of Corona Virus-19, no returns/refunds will be excepted on any open or used products. Unless further specified. 

What Products are “final sale” (non-returnable, non-exchangeable)

All items purchased at a discounted and/or bulk rate, and any made-to-order products such as; the “Concentrated Seamoss Gel” are non-returnable/non-exchangeable items or any items that fall under the, “non- returnable/non- exchangeable items list”).   

 

How long do I have to return or exchange a product

All returns and/or exchanges on any approved items (inspected and confirmed by seller) unopened and unused products are given a 7-day grace period from the time of delivery and acceptance of your order to be eligible to receive a full refund. Please review the time span below: Note: All approved refunds are on case-by-case and dependent on the condition of the item(s) returned

1). First 7 days - returns or exchanges on approved items will be accepted and will be given a full refund. Unless it falls under products that are considered “non-returnable/non-exchangeable items list”. 

2). 8– 15 days  -  returns or exchanges on approved items will be given a refund minusshipping costs and a 35% re-stocking fee of the items purchased. 

3). 16 days and beyond – no returns or exchanges will be accepted. 

 

What is an approved item? 

Any item(s) that have been returned by the buyer, to the seller (loveseamoss.com), for refund and or exchange. The received returned item must be inspected by seller to identify if the item has been open and or used. Approval is at the full discretion of the seller.  

NON-RETURNABLE/ NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS LIST

  

1. Concentrated Seamoss Gel – this item is a made-to-order product.  

2. Final Sale Items (includes but not limited to the following)

a. Discounted Items – Items purchased at a discounted rate using a coupon code  

b. Bulk Rate Items – Items that have been given a substantial discounted rate due to the quantity of the item purchased. Note: It is recommended for a buyer to request a sample before committing to any discounted bulk rate items.

c. Promotional items – any items that is promoted on the loveseamoss.com website at a discounted rate. 

3. Open and or Used Items - any item(s) that the packaging has been open and or used.

REFUNDS (If Applicable)

  

Once a returned item is received and inspected for approval, an email will be sent to notify you that the returned item has been received and will be inspected for approval or rejection. 

 

If the item returned and inspected is approved, a refund (minus any restocking and shipping fees if applicable) will be processed and issued to you via Paypal (original method of payment), within 14 business days.
